Warranties on pianos range from 90 days to 10 years, depending on the age and condition of the piano.
May I purchase an extended warranty?
Extended warranties may be purchased for any of our instruments. Please consult your piano selection specialist for more details.
Do you have a trade-up policy?
As a subsidiary of Steinway Piano Gallery, we are pleased to offer a lifetime 100% trade-up policy to any new Steinway grand! For all other instruments, we are pleased to offer a 100% trade-in for any piano that is at least double the price of your original purchase. We will offer the best trade value possible for any other instrument.
